Local Food of Rajasthan

Rajasthani people are vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The Famous Traditional Rajasthani Local foods are Dal Bati Churma, Gatte ki Sabji, Kadhi, Ker-Saangri Ro Saag , Bajra ki Roti with Lehsun Chutney,  Boondi Raita, Churma Ladoo, Methi Bajra Puri. Apart from these, the traditional sweet dishes Moong Ki Daal Ka Halwa,  Badam ka Halwa, Mohan Thaal ki Chakki, Kalakand, Ghevar, Malpua, Gujia, Balushahi popular all over the country so you cannot miss. 

Some local fast food are Pyaaz Ki Kachori, Kota Kachori, Mawa Kachori, Mirchi Bada, Kalmi Vada. Rajasthani people always take Chutney with food like Kachri, Imli, Lehsun and Tamatar. After food generally take Masala-Chhach, Jaljeera, Bajra Ki Raabdi, which is famous here.

If we talk about for non-vegetarian, Laal Maas, Mohan Maas are famous here.
