You can do boating in the lake and also visit the island in the centre that can only be accessed through boats. Mar-Jun, Sep-Decis the best time to visit Bhimtal March to June and September to December are the best months to visit Bhimtal. The weather is quite pleasant throughout the year in this town. The summers are a blend of cool air and warmth of sun but in very enjoyable way. The lake can be best enjoyed during summers without the scorching heat of sun and lovely views.
