Even though the Green Valley is open for tourists all around the year, the place is best enjoyed when visited at specific times during the year. The best time to visit the valley is after the monsoon season and in summers when the forest is all green, dense and thriving with natural vegetation. The best months to visit the Green Valley are from July to October and from February to April.
How to Reach Green Valley
The valley can be reached by road from Shimla city to Kufri mountain range. Buses are available at nominal ticket fare and take around nine hours to reach Shimla from New Delhi.
