Events in Puri Jagannath Rath Yatra 14th July Richly decorated chariots being pulled through the streets of Puri make for an absolutely delightful sight. Devotees from all over the world congregate in Puri with an earnest desire to pull the Lords' Chariots. The huge processions accompanying them play devotional music, and a glimpse of Lord Jagannath is considered highly auspicious.
