Photography at Photo Point If you do not have your own camera, there are professional photographers around to do it for you. They even have gear with them to dress you up as one of the local tea-workers. With a small amount of INR 30-40, they will develop the print for you almost immediately. Stand along the brilliant blue skyline at the edge of the slope or against the background of the symbolic tea gardens and frame some of the most beautiful moments of your trip. Food at Photo Point Since there are very few stops for food or refreshments on the way, this place being a tourist spot has some shacks here and there that serve light snacks, water and tea/coffee. Fill your stomach and quench your thirst here, while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Coconut water is also available here in makeshift stalls and thelas.

How to Reach Photo Point The site falls at a distance of 3 kilometres from the city centre of Munnar, right on the way of regular tourist sightseeing spot Mattupetty dam. Any hired car will take you here, or if you are not aware of its existence, any driver would definitely stop here and urge you to visit the place.
