About Jalori Pass You can do the 5-km walk to Jalori Pass along the road, but it's better to drive up, and then follow one of the excellent walks leading out from it. There are many vantage points from where you can enjoy special views of the Great Himalaya, but the Jalori Pass affords an unbeatable sight. Standing on the lower lip of the Inner Seraj, on the far horizon you will see the craggy Dhauladhar stretching in a vast line from west to east and even higher still the great white fangs of the Great Himalaya. Climb up the slopes around the pass with a picnic lunch and take in those views in the company of dwarf rhododendron bushes, flowering a light pink at this great height.
