How to Reach Plus Valley Trek
Rail:As only passenger trains stop on the Kolad railway station, opting for the mangaon station is always a better suited option. From there, one will have to hire a vehicle for the rest of the journey to the base camp.
Road:Reaching by road is a very feasible option as Mangoan falls on the Mumbai - Goa highway and is therefore easily accessible from all directions. Even from Pune, The roads to Mangaon are direct. There aren't any bus depots in Mangaon, so if taking a public conveyance, you can take a bus to Dongarwadi from Murbad and then plan accordingly.
